INGOAL + Eastern Suburbs 3-Day Intensive Goalkeeper Programme
Learn and develop goalkeeping skills in a fun and challenging format with coach Jonas Hoffman
This programme is ideal for young players who are already showing a love for being in goal, and is designed to help sharpen their skills, strengthen their technique and grow their confidence.
It's open to boys and girls aged 9-14. Numbers are kept small to get lots of specific coaching for each player.
Each day has 2 practical sessions and 1 theory session.
Train the details - Handling, footwork, diving and shot-stopping.
Build confidence - Learn to communicate, organise and lead from the back.
Improve your game - Work on decision-making, positioning and distribution.

Coach Jonas Hoffman is currently coaching at Eastern Suburbs and East Coast Bays. His previous experience in New Zealand includes Head Coach for Waiheke United, and Goalkeeper Coach for Auckland City FC, where he travelled with the team to the FIFA Club World Cup (USA 2025). He has worked with OFC and NZF delivering GK courses. In his native Germany, he he played for RB Leipzig in his youth, and for the German National team at age group level.
All our courses are led by qualified coaches who are at the top of their fields in New Zealand and overseen by James Bannatyne, former All White goalkeeper.
